Najó szánok 10 percet arra, hogy ismét hírt adjak magamról. Szóval semmi nagyon különös nem történt, továbbra is küszködök az esszékkel, meg ráhasaltam a PhD-jelentekezésre, elkezdtem nézegetni az amcsi egyetemeket. Egyelőre begyűjtöttem mindenhonnan 1-2 professzort, akikkel érdemes kontaktolni, hátha érdeklem őket. És persze nézegettem az ösztöndíjakat, amik szinte mindenhol nagyon előnyösek a Phd-seknek. Ez azt jelenti, hogy tandíj, biztosítás és uszkve 20-25000 dolcsi/év az alap, emellett még rengeteg lehetőség van. De ha van rá esély, inkább maradnék Angliában, csak itt kevesebb a pénz, meg hát a brain-drain nagyon Amerika-orientált. Jövő héten lesz a GRE-tesztem Londonban, nem sikerült elhalasztani, pedig szerettem volna, de végülis úgy tűnik, hogy a matek a legkisebb baj (90%-os lett a matekom az első próbateszten), viszont az angol nagyon kemény, mivel ez úgy van kitalálva, hogy az anyanyelvi beszélőknek se legyen túl egyszerű, sőt. Amit elfelejtettem írni a múltkor, hogy az eddigi legnagyobb luxus az volt (mármint az időpazarlást tekintve), hogy elmentem egy munkaerő-toborzó találkozóra, ahol a Közel-Keletre toboroztak embereket. Ez abból állt, hogy az elején a dolgozók előadták a szokásos szlogenekkel (kihívás, fejlődés, sokszínűség, stb.) megtűzdelt, nagyon közvetlenkedő és vicceskedő szövegeiket, aztán végigetünk egy kb. 50 fontos menüt, és kellemesen elbeszélgettünk a melletünk ülő random oxfordiánusokkal. Na véget ért a móka mára, zár a Misi mókatára, punktum.
